Houck Horse Company would like to THANK everyone for coming the barrel race April 23rd, it was a great season opener, we paid out over $1600 in the Open 4D and paying out over $550 in the Youth class!!! We will be giving 2 Saddles away this year, buckles, breast collars, hay bags, halters and much more!!!!
We would also like to apologize to everyone about the delay of starting on time. We have changed our times for the warm ups to start at 9:30-10am and the second set to be 10-10:30am. Exhibitions to start at 10:30am (exhibition tickets must be purchased by 11:15am)!

The 2005 Houck Horse Company Benefit Barrel Race raised over
$2,800 for American Caner Society and Owen Heintz.

Once again we would like to Thank Everyone for the 2004 year! Our jackpot series was a bigger and better with more awards and more contestant (120 riders at one show)! We paid out over $19,000 in eight shows!!! The greatest deal of all for our jackpot series was our benefit pig roast and silent auction. This meant a great deal to us as well as all of you who supported it, cancer hits close to home for a lot of our families. We were thrilled when the benefit was greeted with over $1,100. That money was donated to the American Cancer Society. Thank You, Thank You , Thank You!!!! 2005 is going to be bigger, yet with the $100 that we add to every jackpot Trent 's of Princeton is going to put in another $100 himself! You can view the awards to be won on the jackpot page and we are still working on more! The MBRA is going to be holding their 2 nd annual Double Barrel Days in our arena. We will be having Tack Swap on April 9 th , so clean out your tack room. Pete will be available to show some nice horse offered for sale that day. The new indoor has made it nicer to show the horses in the bad weather days. Feel free to stop in and see what's in the pastures or give a call we are open 24 hrs a day and 365 days a year! Jill & Julie are putting on 3 Beginner Barrel Racing & Gaming Clinics in the spring. The dates are April 23 rd , May 14 th & 15 th sign up now to reserve a spot. We have real nice horses arriving almost daily (remember all our horses are not on line), we usually carry about 30 broke horses for sale at all times. We take trades and our horses are guarenteed. We also have openings for training horses and we are always taking farrier appointments everyday. Thank you for your business and we look forward to working with you and your horses in 2005!
